By engaging in services offered by Danielle Polgar, M.A., you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
These terms exist to support clarity, mutual respect, and informed consent.
Nature of Services
My work involves astrology, psychospiritual counseling, intuitive insight, and reflective dialogue.
Astrology is used as a symbolic and interpretive framework to explore themes, patterns, timing, and potentials reflected in an individual’s natal chart and current transits.
This work is intended to support personal growth, self-understanding, and conscious decision-making.
It is not fortune-telling, prediction of guaranteed outcomes, or deterministic guidance.
Client Agency + Responsibility
You acknowledge that you are the expert and authority of your own life.
While I may offer perspectives, interpretations, reflections, and suggestions, you remain fully responsible for your choices, actions, and outcomes.
You agree to discern what resonates and to make your own informed decisions based on your values, circumstances, and judgment.
NO GUARANTEES
Astrology is symbolic and interpretive by nature. I cannot and do not guarantee specific outcomes, timelines, or future events. Life unfolds through many variables beyond astrological symbolism.
NOt a substitute for professional services
My services do not replace medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other licensed professional care.
I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If appropriate, I may suggest seeking support from qualified professionals and can provide referrals when possible.
Confidentiality
I hold our work as sacred and confidential. However, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed for information transmitted electronically (including email, Zoom, or digital recordings), as these mediums are subject to inherent security limitations.
Session logistics + REcordinG
Sessions are typically 60 minutes and conducted via Zoom, unless otherwise arranged. With your consent, sessions may be recorded for your personal reference, stored securely, and emailed to you after our session. Local in-person sessions available by arrangement.
Third-party charts
I cannot interpret charts of individuals not present without their consent.
FEEs, CANCELLATIONS, + REFUNDS
All fees are non-refundable.
I require a minimum of 24-hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Emergencies will be handled on a case-by-case basis, with care and discretion.
Limitations of Liability
By engaging in this work, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes, and you agree to release Danielle Polgar, M.A. from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law. Should concerns arise, you agree to communicate directly with me in good faith before pursuing formal or legal action.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, and original frameworks, is the intellectual property of Danielle Polgar, M.A., unless otherwise stated.
